Relation
The “Relation” tab in the Settings menu is a requirement when creating CMR letters.
Creating CMR letters is explained in chapter 9. To create a CMR in the “Relation” tab their has to be at least one sender, one transporter and one delivery address defined.

Following is a brief overview of the parameters:

1 Type:

Use the dropdown boxes to define the type which you wish to add

2 Name:

The name of the person/company you’re adding
|

3 Address 1:
|
The primary address of the relation you’re adding
|
|
4 Address 2:
|
The secondary address of the relation you’re adding
|
|
5 Postcode:
|
The ZIP-code of the relation you’re adding
|
|
6 City:
|
In which city the relation is located
|
|
7 Country:
|
In which country the relation is located
|
|
8 Phone:
|
The phone number of the relation
|
|
9 E-mail:
|
The email address of the relation
|
|
10 Contact:
|
Name of the contact person
|
|
11 Default:
|
Check this box to make it the default select relation.

When adding a new relation, fill out the parameters and use the “New” button to save it as a new relation. If you wish to change a relation’s information, select that relation from the list and edit his information and use the “Update” button to save the changes. To delete a relation, select it from the list and use the “Delete” button to delete the entry.
