GPS & BT
When using a GPS and or a VMS on your E-Catch use the “GPS & BT” tab to define the connection parameters. See the picture below as an example
The following parameters need to be defined: Comport: Use the dropdown menu to select which COMport the GPS is connected to BaudRate: Use the dropdown menu to select the speed of the COMport Parity: Use the dropdown menu to select the parity of the COMport
Databit: Use the dropdown menu to select the databits of the COMport
StopBit: Use the dropdown menu to select the stopbits of the COMport.
When no comport is displayed in the dropdown menu, please review the E-Catch shortcut properties. On the compatibility tab the “Privilege level” has to be set on “always run as administrator”. Also the Compatibility mode should be set at Windows XP Service Pack 2.
